Delicious sauce! Thanks for being at Mill Creek in Mount Airy today! Here is a great recipe. Pineapple BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza Ingredients McMaster's Hawg Sauce Red Onion sliced( Save a small amount to garnish) 1 8 oz can of Pineapple chunks ( in its on juice) 8 oz Fresh or grated mozzarella cheese 2 Flatbreads 1/2 Pablano Pepper cut in thin strips 1 chicken breast grilled or browned in fry pan ( cut into bite size pieces and smothered in McMaster's Hawg Sauce) Cilantro chopped Caramelize the onion and pineapple in a fry pan with a amount of Olive Oil, stirring often until juice is gone. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare Flatbreads Slather on the McMaster's Hawg Sauce from edge to edge. Top with BBQ Chicken ( I often make one vegetarian). Add Pineapple mixture, Pablano strips and Mozzarella to Flatbread. Bake on aluminum foil for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is light brown. Remove from oven and garnish with sliced onion and Cilantro. Delicious!

This sauce is hands down the best barbecue sauce my wife and I have ever had. It tastes great on any chicken dish! We met the owner at the Harris Teeter in Clemmons and he seems like a great guy. Three words: Get. This. Sauce!!
